Jonathan Goldberg

Jonathan Goldberg is Arts and Sciences Distinguished Professor Emeritus at Emory University. His most recent book is Saint Marks: Words, Images, and What Persists (Fordham University Press, 2018). Previous publications include Sodometries: Renaissance Texts, Modern Sexualities (Stanford University Press, 1992; rpt. Fordham University Press, 2010); Desiring Women Writing: English Renaissance Examples (Stanford University Press, 1997); Willa Cather and Others (Duke University Press, 2001); Tempest in the Caribbean (University of Minnesota Press, 2003);  and Melodrama: An Aesthetics of Impossibility (Duke University Press, 2016).
